Artwork preparation for your promotional product or award is FREE!
We’ll work closely with you on the art requirements, prepare the artwork to meet what is needed for print, and you’ll receive an email mockup for your approval – FREE, before your order is produced!

How do I upload my artwork?

Your artwork is EXTREMELY important to us! We want every detail to be exactly what you are requesting. Therefore, upon placing your order, a representative will contact you to discuss the details. Please reference your order number and email all artwork to: trophyawardco@sbcglobal.net

What about any special instructions I have?

Please feel free to make comments and add special instructions in the designated comment area. A representative will contact you for any special requests or questions.

What formats does Trophy Award Company accept?

We can accept almost any form of artwork. We’re here to help and make this process as simple as possible. Just send us what you have and we’ll do the work to meet the art requirements. On-site staff will assist you in making sure your product turns out exactly as you imagined it!

Adobe Acrobat	.pdf	Embed the fonts used or export as generic.eps
Adobe Illustrator	.ai, .eps	Convert text to outlines, embed any linked images and save as version 10 or lower
CorelDRAW	.cdr	Convert text to curves
Microsoft Office Files	.doc, .ppt, .pub	Embedded or include fonts Vector Art is always preferred
